We provide services to communities in North Wales, Mid Wales, South Wales and West Wales, operating from offices in Cardiff, Ewloe and Newcastle Emlyn.

Group structure
Cambria Maintenance Services Limited is part of the Wales & West Housing Group – which also includes Wales & West Housing, Enfys Developments and Castell Homes.
Established in 2010
Cambria Maintenance Services was established in 2010, wholly-owned by Wales & West Housing, and any profits we make are used to further the social purpose of the Wales & West Housing Group
Manages over 12,000 properties
The Group owns and manages over 12,000 properties and requires a wide range of works and services to ensure homes are maintained to a high standard, investing in excess of £12 million each year.
Working across Wales
Cambria Maintenance Services has offices in Cardiff and Ewloe and undertakes a wide range of housing maintenance works across North, Mid, South and West Wales.
Our services
Our focus is on the delivery of a high quality responsive repairs service to Wales & West Housing’s residents, including out-of-hours emergencies and empty property repairs. We also complete an extensive programme of planned maintenance, including kitchen, bathroom and external refurbishments.
Keeping homes safe
We carry out electrical testing and gas servicing, both of which are essential for ensuring homes are safe for residents to live in.
